Day 5: SMALL PROGRESS IS THE KEY


SMALL PROGRESS

    Today's rehab is now in the books.  I took yesterday off because of the rehab pain and the fact that I think my wife would have hurt me if I did rehab yesterday.  She told me to take the day off and see how my knee responded to a day off.  It was amazing how my knee responded today.
     The knee performed really well, or at least as well as expected.  Unlike the previous days, after the rehab exercises I have been unable to bend my knee today I am sitting here with it bent.  There is pain but nothing like the days prior.  I completed the complete rehab program today and actually added a little more.  I was able to run 3/4 of a mile without pain and completely bend my knee to touch my bum.  It is a good.
     As I close this update/post, I would like to really remind you have what it says above...."Small daily improvements are the key."   Everyday will be a challenge, but in the end it is results that manner.
